Make a copy of our Google Sheet. One row per stone, fixed column names, dropdowns for the standard values.

Share it read-only
Share the sheet with our service account (view only), or use a view-only link. Never 'anyone can edit'.

Fix what the report flags
We import about hourly and show you every row that failed and why. Complete rows with five photos and a video go to review, then live.
The inventory sheet
Column headers are the contract. The first nine of 32 columns are shown; headers in navy are required before a listing can publish.

Media requirements
Five photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB each) and one video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 60 MB) as direct https links. Listings without them stay in draft. We copy the files to our storage after checking type and size.
Confidential pricing
Your supplier_price_usd is the price to the platform. Retailers see it plus the platform markup, never your figure. Changing the price in your sheet reprices future listings; existing reservations keep their snapshot.
Reservations you confirm
When a retailer reserves, you get a request to confirm you still hold the stone. Only after your confirmation can the retailer order. If you sold it elsewhere, reject the hold and update the sheet.
