Terms of trade (draft)
These terms are a working draft pending legal review. Trade on the platform is not enabled until they are finalized and accepted by both suppliers and retailers.
The platform provides a catalog and reservation service between independent suppliers and independent retailers. It does not take title to gemstones unless stated in a specific order agreement.
Listing data is supplied by suppliers. The platform validates format and completeness and labels the evidence behind treatment and origin claims; it does not itself certify gemstones.
Reservations are requests confirmed by the supplier. Orders are formed only after supplier confirmation and acceptance of the order-specific logistics terms.
