From a supplier's spreadsheet to a stone on your bench, in four checked steps.

  1. 1

Suppliers list in a standard sheet

Each supplier keeps inventory in our Google Sheets template: identity, carats, millimetres, treatment, origin, certificate, price, five photos and a video.

  2. 2

    We validate every row

Rows are imported about hourly. Anything incomplete or contradictory is quarantined and reported; nothing publishes silently.

  3. 3

    Retailers browse one catalog

Approved stones appear in the trade portal and the API at your account's price, with supplier-reported and lab-documented claims labelled separately.

  4. 4

    Reserve, confirm, fulfil

A reservation locks the stone in our database at once. The supplier confirms possession before it becomes an order.

Recently reviewed stones

Prices are shown to approved trade accounts. Every listing here has five photos, a video, and a checked data row.

Supplier-declared vs documented

Origin and treatment are labelled by their evidence. A stone is only shown as lab-documented when a certificate is attached to the listing and checked during review.

Stock that cannot be sold twice

Reservations use an atomic database transition. Two retailers cannot hold the same single stone, even if the supplier's sheet is an hour behind.

Confidential supplier pricing

Suppliers set their price to the platform. Retailers see one price for their account, never supplier cost or internal markup, in the portal, the API, or exports.

Seylora works as a gemstone supplier network. Reviewed dealers in Sri Lanka list sapphires and rubies in one standard format, and jewelry retailers buy them wholesale through a trade portal or API.

Questions buyers ask a gemstone supplier

Where do your gemstones come from?

Sapphires and rubies on the platform come from suppliers in Sri Lanka, and every listing states its declared origin. Spinel and other Sri Lankan varieties will be added as suppliers are reviewed.

Are you a gemstone wholesale supplier?

Yes. Approved jewelry retailers and ecommerce brands buy loose stones at trade prices, shown as one price per stone in US dollars.

How is treatment disclosed?

Every stone is marked heated, unheated, fracture filled or not stated, and supplier reported claims are labelled separately from laboratory documented ones.

Can I show your stones on my own website?

Yes. The gemstone API gives approved retailers scoped keys, a sandbox key for testing and webhooks for supplier confirmations.

How do suppliers in Sri Lanka join?

Suppliers apply, keep their stock in one Google Sheets template, and receive a validation report for every row before anything is published.

For retailers and e-commerce jewelers

Browse a reviewed catalog, list stones on your own site through the API, and reserve with a single request. Keys are scoped and revocable; webhooks tell you when a supplier confirms.

For gemstone suppliers

Keep selling through your own channels. List in one spreadsheet, get a validation report for every row, and receive reservation requests you confirm before anything is committed.
